İn each of the modern day locations there are remains of varying significance. For example Ephesus is rich with one of the greatest sites in the country while Thyatira and Philadelphia have only a few remains. However your preference we will discuss various options to make the most of your time in beautiful Türkiye. Day 1: Pergamum and Smyrna
We will meet you at your hotel in Istanbul and depart! A few hours later we will stop for coffee and snacks and soon after we will arrive in Pergamum.
After Pergamum we will enjoy lunch before arriving in Izmir to visit the site of Smyrna.
Before heading to our hotel we will drive into the mountains and enjoy a delicious dinner in beautiful Şirince, an old Greek village that you will love.

Day 2: Ephesus
After breakfast we will take a short drive to the site at Ephesus. Your guide will show you ancient board games, hidden Christian symbols, ancient homes, mosaics, and much more, including toilets...
After lunch we will visit St. John's basilica where the beloved Apostle, according to Eastern tradition, is buried.
From here we will take an afternoon drive to Denizli.

Day 3: Laodicea, Pamukkale, and Philadelphia
This might be your favorite day. The beauty of the restored church at Laodicea as well as the wonder of Pamukkale (cotton castle) and the amazing sites here will be with you forever.
After you have dipped your feet in its therapeutic waters we will depart for Philadelphia where we will enjoy a late lunch and a quick stop at this smaller site.

Day 4: Sardis and Thyatira
After breakfast we will take a short ride to the sites at Sardis. The first location provides a beautiful synagogue with the Roman altar as well as the gymnasium. The second site boasts the Temple of Artemis.
From here we will head to our last site, Thyatira. This small site is the home of one very important early evangelist. After lunch we will return to beautiful Istanbul.
