Useful Information

We hope to learn about you, too!

To help you find all of the extra information we have, you will see here a collection of all of our tour posts as well as a few others (the first few) regarding travel tips.

Here is how a typical trip would be arranged:

  1. You browse through our site, gathering some ideas of what you would like to see or experience.

  2. When you have some ideas together, rough dates, and an approximation of total guests, fill out the very brief form found at the bottom of every page – including this one, and send it!

  3. İf applicable, we will quickly respond with a proposal and possibly some options to consider. At any point of our dialogue, if you prefer a Zoom or FaceTime meeting, we are happy to accommodate you.

  4. After everything is agreed upon we will send our final offer with itinerary and total cost.

  5. Typically a downpayment is required in order to secure transportation and accommodations. We will send via e-mail a secure payment link, unless you prefer a wire-transfer. At about the same time we will request a copy of the front page of each guest’s passport. This is required for all hotel stays and for transportation and tourism guidelines. Sending in advance allows for immediate check-in at your hotels/resorts.

  6. Before your arrival we will require the complete payment, also done through a secure link or wire-transfer.

  7. Finally, if part of the plan has us meeting you at the airport (as it almost always does) we will meet you immediately as you depart the controlled area of the airport and transfer you to your first destination until the last, back to the airport to watch you through immigration and security to ensure everything goes smoothly.

+İn the event of a change or cancellation after a down payment has been made, we will do everything we can to refund you as much as possible. So far, we have had three groups make changes (people who could not attend after they had made their down payment) and we were able to refund their entire down payment and maintain the originally agreed upon price per person. But, this is not a guarantee – though we will do everything we can to help.

++Most groups prefer to have a Zoom call as their tour date approaches. This is a great way to meet each other and go over any remaining questions. İf you would like a meeting or two or three, please let us know.
